As part of our discipleship, it is necessary that the new believer begins his training as a Christian through our Leadership School. This consists of weekly studies taught by Pastor Guillermo Jimenez.

Our Leadership School is the backbone of our vision; it is responsible of forming the new believers in an organized way. It is the vision taken into action.

Our Leadership School is a very complete set of lessons, which cover topics in our spiritual areas, family areas, social areas and financial areas, in order to form the new believer in a balanced way that would qualified them to be a successful leader. It is divided into three levels. Each level consists of 12 weeks of lessons (one lesson per week).
